Foster's Appoints CFO
Foster's Group Limited (Foster's) today appointed Anthony (Tony) Reeves to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), on a fixed term contract, effective from Monday 8 November 2010.
Tony was CFO of OneSteel Limited from 2001 to 2009 and prior to that held a number of senior executive roles with the ICI Group in the UK, USA and Australia. His CFO experience is important as Foster’s seeks to maintain its high standard of financial governance, but also Tony’s prior experience with corporate demergers will be valuable as the Board evaluates the potential demerger of its beer and wine businesses.
Tony is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and immediate Past President the Group of 100, a body made up of CFOs from Australia’s largest businesses.
