Abbotsford Brewery

Located just minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, the Abbotsford Brewery brews more than 20 great beer brands and packs around 420 million litres of beer each year – that’s 1.1 billion stubbies or 280 Olympic swimming pools! Abbotsford’s purpose built event and tour facility showcases more than 100 years of brewing your favourites through memorabilia and interactive displays. See the brewing process first hand before returning to the Brewhouse to enjoy complimentary tastings and browse in the Beer Gear shop.

 

  

 

 Yatala Brewery

Carlton has been brewing at Yatala since 1993, with the Brewhouse open to the public since 1996. Guided tours take in the full brewing process and you'll see first hand the new state of the art brewing and packaging technology in action: from raw ingredients to brewing, bottling and then view our 5.5 acre warehouse which can hold up to 20,000 pallets of your favourite beer. Tour guides can test your brewing knowledge as you sample the beers on the Enthusiasts Tour or enjoy a light lunch at the end of the tour in the new Brewhouse Bar and Beer Garden and browse in the merchandise shop.

Specialist programs can be tailored for groups at both Brewhouses, including technical trade tours, mini corporate tours & student tours.

Cascade Brewery Visitors’ Centre

Cascade Brewery Co. is Australia’s oldest brewery and one of Tasmania’s most popular tourist destinations. The Brewery is minutes from the centre of Hobart, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mt Wellington.

Established in 1824 by Peter Degraves, the Cascade Brewery Co has nearly 200 years of stories behind its doors and the Visitors’ Centre guides know just about every one of them. The Cascade Brewery Visitor Centre offers a two hour Brewery tour, an hour long Heritage tour or a 45-minute beer and food matching experience.

In 1832 Brewery founder Peter Degraves promised to make only "genuine beer….. beer that cannot be excelled in this colony" and visitors can taste the results of his far reaching vision while soaking up views of the brewery and the mountain from the Visitors Centre Bar
