The ultra high gravity brewing and fermentation process used to produce Carlton Mid results in a beer that boasts full strength malt and fruity flavours with an aftertaste that exhibits refreshing bitterness. The use of traditional bittering hops and the finest hop extracts combine to give this beer its delightful hop character. The muted malt flavours in this mid beer give it perfect balance and drinkability.
