Founded in 1864, the Carlton Brewery produced and distributed some of Australia's finest beers. The brewery also housed the famous Carlton Clydesdales, which delivered barrels and bottles of freshly brewed beer around Melbourne.
Although delivery trucks eventually replaced the Clydesdales, today these magnificent horses still remain an important part of the Carlton brand - featured on the Carlton logo.
