Our business is driven by the strategic imperatives of growth, efficiency and capability.
Growth – We seek to grow both volume and value market share by prioritising our efforts and brands, innovating in new products and ideas and pursuing new market opportunities.
Efficiency – We seek to be the lowest cost producer by reducing waste & inefficiency, targeting non-differentiated areas, seeking procurement benefits from global scale and driving production line efficiencies & improving asset utilisation
Capability – Inspired by top level leadership, we seek to build the capabilities of staff, improving processes and eliminating low value work, improving commercial execution competency via marketing and sales excellence and sharpening performance and development programs to manage talent and succession planning
